Not too many years ago we found mlm leads the old fashioned way and we called it work. I'm not sure that's really changed except now the working process is a little different. We use our technology more today and bronze a lot less. Being creative in finding mlm leads however can be very productive.

So, they spend much of their time, money, and effort prospecting and enrolling, never realizing that these new people will need training, especially if they have never marketed before.
Here is the Challenge. You need to design an MLM Pay that will appeal to the Builders (Heavy Hitters) as well as the average person. Would you use a Unilevel, a Binary, a Forced Matrix or perhaps a Hybrid of all the above.
Sales are essential for any business to survive. That's no stunning revelation - everybody knows this. However, even although most people are well aware of this, many of them profess an almost pathological dislike for selling and the sales process.
Most MLM programs are legitimate businesses, however consumers must be aware of MLM scams. A true MLM program will sell products to the general public without requiring them to pay anything extra or any hidden costs. In the popular Reality TV show, "Fear Factor", contestants recruited from across the USA compete in both physically and mentally challenging stunts for the grand prize of $50,000. These brave hearts dive through underwater mazes, jump from helicopters, and eat the most disgusting dishes served up with maggots, rotting cheese, pig's eyes and such. The natural question that comes to you as the viewer is, "Would I do that for $50,000?"
What difference does it make to you if the sales person in a say group of a hundred you'd hire makes you the most money? Whether on top of the list or on the bottom, does it matter? It doesn't, the money is the same isn't it. So, that's what multi marketing is but you can do it all online.
So, you have decided to jump into the Network Marketing Industry, and join a reputable company. Great Move! It will open up doors in your life that you never knew existed, and the personal development you will experience will be amazing.
Be your own boss! Set your own schedule. Retire Early! Whodoesn't want that, right? Multi-level Marketing has been praisedfor allowing financial freedom; and it's been criticized forbeing a big scam. As with any business venture, it's buyerbeware. Do your homework first. Both sides agree; it takeswork. If anyone tries to tell you that it's easy money, there'sso such thing. Also as with any new endeavor, you will need tomake an initial investment. It takes money to make money. Belowoutlines the two schools of thought. You be the judge.
