Article Submission Guidelines
All authors must adhere to the following guidelines when submitting articles to adzines.com:
- All articles must be original content written by the submitting author
We will reject any article we feel is plagiarized, a derivative of an existing article or any article that contains portions of other existing articles.
- Any author submitting articles written by ghost writers must have an exclusive written agreement with the ghost writer giving them exclusive rights to publish said article under their name.
Any author found to be submitting this type article may be required by law to produce these written agreements.
- Articles may not contain any Javascript code or affiliate advertising links.
This includes, but is not limited to Google Adsense, YPN ads or any other form of advertisement. Furthermore outgoing links within submitted articles must not link to any affiliate program of any sort.
- Articles may not contain links that point to any site that contains pornography, illegal software or websites that promote hate or terrorism
Folks it just isn't worth the legal hassles to post this kind of information.
- Submitted articles must not be any form of press release, sales pitch, or self promotional advertisement.
The articles posted here are used by publishers to inform their clients, not throw hype and promotional nonsense at them!
- Articles must not contain any language that constitutes libelous or defamatory behavior towards anyone.
- Submitted articles must be written in proper English, punctuated properly and spell checked!
- Submitted articles must not contain any of the following HTML tags:
- HTML tables, Frames, IFrames or other layout code
- image tags <img>
- horizontal rules <hr>
- heading tags: <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, <h4>, <h5> or <h6>
- font tags! Folks these haven't been used in 10 years!
- underline tags <u> - they make people think they are hyperlinks and again haven't been used in 10 years
- paragraph tags <p> - our system handles these for you
- The following HTML tags are acceptable within aricles
- strong and or bold tags (<strong>)
- italic or emphasis tags (<i>, <em>)
- break tags (<br />) but not in excess!
- NO FLOWER BOXES - We can not be more serious about this! No one wants to see silly HTML artwork!
Any repetitions of * $ # or any other symbol in a manner that constitutes a "flower box" will be removed!
- Articles must NOT be copy and pasted from Microsoft Word or an Microsoft product if the article contains "smart quotes" (or as we like to call them stupid quotes).
We have a short tutorial within the author section on how to eliminate these little monsters so your article is readable
- Articles may not contain an extreme amount of hyperlinks to websites
- Submitted articles may not contain links to downloadable files of an type
