Author Terms of Service
All authors must adhere to the following guidelines when submitting articles to adzines.com:
- You must be the sole owner and copyright holder of each article you submit to us
- You grant adzines.com and its parent company unconditional permission to publish your article on our website, RSS feeds and any other form of distributed media
- You grant permission to our publishers and users to publish your article on their website, ezines, RSS feeds or any other electronic form of media provided those publishers follow our publishing terms of service
- You release adzines.com, its parent company and employees from any form of legal action brought against you in regards to any article you submit to us for publishing
- You are responsible for any legal costs or fees in regards to any violation of copyright.
- Legal actions for violations of your copyright on any article published by an adzines.com publisher shall be your sole responsibility. Adzines.com's only responsibility in these matters shall be to terminate the users account once you have informed us of any such copyright offense.
- Author realizes the publication of any article by adzines.com is wholly at our discretion. If our staff feels your article is poorly written or contains numerous spelling errors, or if said article contains material we feel is unfit for public display your article will be rejected
- Author grants adzines.com and its parent company the right to reclassify any submitted article into a category we feel is more appropriate for the article's topic
- Author understands adzines.com is a free service and no fees will be paid to author for any article submission or any form of advertising
- Author understands and agrees to allow advertisements to be displayed along with their articles.
- Author grants adzines.com staff the right to edit any article we find to be outside our article guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to editing and removal of HTML, Javascript or advertising code or any form profanity
- Author states any and all websites linked to from within a given article are owned by said author. The websites linked to from an article may not include any of the following:
- Nudity or explicit sexually oriented content
- Terroristic content of any form
- Illegal or internationally banned materials
- Illegal substances of any form
- Illegal copies of software
- Viruses of any kind
